Suspended bans may be used at the admins Discretion,If you think Bans were harsh in other Leagues,They will be Double here,Should you find yourself Recieving a Ban,You will also be Banned from the forum until you Ban has been Served,
Admission to the league depends on a number of Factors,Your past History will be taken into account,As will your chat etiquette and Driving style, For example,should you have a history of being abusive towards other drivers or a disruptive driving style,You will probably find yourself not welcome,
If this is the case the date of your application and your IP Adress will be noted and you will not be welcome for a further 3 months,During this time we suggest you go and race with other leagues that do tolerate such behavoir,After 3 months you will be welcome to re-submit an application but be warned,All Admin race other leagues so will know if your attitude or driving has improved,
Please Note,TNB will be working with other leagues in terms of disiplinary issues,Should you cop a major ban at another league we are in co-operation with,That ban will also Apply here,Your account will be suspended and you will no longer be welcome until further notice,
Also Completely new drivers will not be welcome,If you are new please dont take it personally because past history has shown that meetings are often held up by people that dont know what they are doing,messed skinpacks,where they should be going and continually ask the same questions over and over,Please use other leagues to build up a bit of experience,Understand how it all works and you will be most welcome on your return,

This is a friendly league,Therefore the following rules WILL be enforced at EVERY meeting.
COMMON SENSE
Only one registration per person,You may only book yourself in,unless cleared with admin,any unessecary bookings will be refused and deleted,You must always race under your Name & Number you have registered with,IP Adresses are logged and checked from this forum,Emails,Chat and Servers,Anyone found to be impersonating another member will be swiftly Banned,
GENERAL
Warp - Please make sure that you are warp free. There are a number of things you can do to ensure this like not racing with Vertex Damage on in mod launcher,Turning msn messenger off,Make sure nobody else is using the same internet connection whilst you are racing and running enditall.
Modding - I cannot stress strongly enough that ANYBODY found to be using a modded car WILL be banned for life from this league,There is no need, if you cant play without cheating then don't play at all,We have enough experience here to tell if anybody is modding and a LIFE ban will be enforced, NO EXCEPTIONS,
Slogans - No swearing or obscene/offensive slogans are to be painted on cars at anytime. Banter is fine, but kids play this game so please be sensible. Any skins deemed to be 'over the top' will not be included and you will not race and possibly face a ban,
Skins - There will be NO novice skins at all, Skin Deadlines will be made clear in the booking in section,If you miss the deadline,too bad,no skin no racing, no exceptions! Skins for inclusion should be sent to tnbskins@m-w-m.co.uk
Real Life Skins - By all means use a real life skin, but the fin plate must display your registered number. Remember, please ask permission before using someone elses skins.
IN CHAT
If the DP team asks you to do something,You do it! No abuse will be Tolerated towards the host or any other drivers,Bad Language or personal Insults will not be Tolerated,Should you feel the need to be abusive,Keep it in a PM (Private Message) The rest of us Do Not want to read it,Children play this Game and watch it being played with others,
If you Start using Bad Language,posting innaproporiate links or Spamming,you WILL be loaded pending a ban,
IN SERVERS
You will have 3 minutes to get to the server from chat,If you are late and the Race has started,It will NOT be Restarted for you,If the Host asks you to leave,you do so,No abuse will be Tolerated towards the host or any other drivers,If you are Warping in the server,You will have one chance to sort it out,You wont be asked twice,you WILL be loaded
RULES OF RACING
Oppo - Oppo is STRICTLY only permitted on the bends.Unless stated otherwise,Anyone found to be oppoing up the straights will be loaded,pending a ban.
In-Fielding - Absolutely NO INFIELDING at any time on any track, again you will be loaded pending a ban. Infielding is where you drive off the infield to attack another car. If you are spun to the infield simply drive off slowly as close to the point where you Entered the infield and carefully so as not to make contact with anyone as you return to the track.Cutting the track will not be Tolerated
Cutting Track - Please stick to the track at all times, this is clearly marked. Cutting the track is against the rules and disciplinary action will be taken against offenders.
Pinning/Blocking & Sandbagging - No Sandbagging at non team meetings please. Whilst Pinning & Blocking are not illegal, it is frowned upon and is a very LAME move. More common in team meetings, let's try not to use it during normal meetings please,Excessive Pinning & Blocking will result in DP action as driving standards will be looked at.
Chassis - During the meeting you MUST stick to using your own car, the one you sent in for the meeting. Anyone caught using another members car will be loaded and banned.
